Descriptif du poste

We are seeking an innovative Junior Product Manager to join our "Developer Tools" Squad, dedicated to serve the needs of developers using our solution, by providing them APIs, integrations and specific tools
You will be responsible for building the best solutions to provide a perfect user experience for developers.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • understand and analyze customer needs, through user meetings, workshops and data analysis
  • continuously monitor market needs (US/UK centered first) and specific developers tools
  • identify new features based on your user knowledge and your market knowledge
  • contribute to the definition of the roadmap of your squad and manage the product backlog
  • contact and be the referent of technical partners
  • design solutions to create an incredible user experience on our tool: develop use cases scenarios, create wireframes and deliver detailed product specifications for the developers.
  • participate in the QA recipe of your projects
  • evaluate the impact of the actions carried out by your sprint

Profil recherché

We’d love to meet someone who:

  • has a degree in new technologies, computer science, UX Design or any other digital course.
  • has a good technical background, with a good understanding of developers' needs and the ability to communicate with an engineering team on technical topics
  • is a user centric problem solver: you know how to transform complex needs into simple, functional and aesthetic solutions!
  • is data oriented! for this position, it is important to know how to interpret numerical data
  • understands how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders (Customers, Sales, Customer Success Managers)
  • has exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • is fluent in english (written and spoken)
  • is obsessed about the product quality
