Job Description

As an already experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will have a key role in growing business in UK & Nordics. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, qualifying, widening the UK & Nordics sales by building and strengthening the company’s pipeline with mid to large customers in the territory.

Operating mainly from home office, you will be working close with the Lead Generation manager, growth marketing manager, CSMs and the Senior management to maximise the efficiency of your prospecting approach. You will develop local outbound sales strategies and identify which ones are most efficient.

Preferred Experience

Your responsabilities

  • Ability to generate new leads that suit our products and fit within the ideal client personas and market fit
  • Devise strategies to speak with decision-makers via email, social and phone.
  • Nurture leads that are in the sales and marketing funnel in a way that warms them up and qualifies them for a sales demo.
  • Be able to identify which leads are likely to buy and set up qualified appointments for demos.
  • Work with the rest of the European sales team to create an environment of teamwork and meeting goals.

Your profile

  • English native or fluent, both speaking and writing.
  • Team player with ambition to grow within a global European environment
  • Experience in various prospecting strategies and technology sales, particularly in digital eCommerce with the ability to articulate a value proposition
  • Efficient and accurate use of HubSpot for email sequences, track and score leads within the pipeline.
  • Proficiency with the use of prospecting tools from contact identification to email nurturing (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, Builtwith, Hubspot, Reveal (or other similar applications)
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
