Job Description

As part of strengthening the Kameleoon Consulting team and ensuring our customers are satisfied and successful in deploying and leveraging Kameleoon solutions, we are looking for a motivated and talented Customer Success Manager apprentice.

Under the leadership of a Senior CSM, you will contribute to the successful retention and expansion of a customer portfolio mainly in France but also worldwide.

In this role you will help the CSM team to...

  • Onboard & train new customers on Kameleoon solution and ensure proper tool adoption
  • Secure customer renewals by maintaining a high customer health score all along the customer lifecycle
  • Assist our customers in the use of our solution
  • Contribute to the specification, coordination, and QA of delivery projects (A/B test and personalisations implemented by our integrators team)
  • Provide CRO and UX improvement consulting advice to your customers
  • Provide technology and market insights/trends to your customers
  • Contribute to improve our overall anti-churn strategy and internal processes

Preferred Experience

Student in a business or engineering school with a strong web or digital marketing sensibility, you have a first experience (internship in a company, school projects) as a consultant or project manager in digital or Marketing. You have very good interpersonal skills and are keen to offer real added value and quality of service. You also have the following qualities/skills :

  • Great customer relationship skills
  • Rigor, autonomy and proactivity
  • Good analytical skills, synthesis and writing skills allowing you to produce quality deliverables.
  • You share our values: ambition, innovation, autonomy, mutual aid
  • Fluency in English is a plus
